Healing Rooms are a safe place where people in need of prayer can come and encounter the healing power of God through Jesus Christ. Our ministry teams are trained in praying for people in a confidential, and sensitive manner.

We are a prayer ministry that believes in the Word of God and His healing power. We want you to know that you are loved. God deeply cares for you, wants His best for you and desires to meet your needs.

Prayer Ministry

Healing Rooms is a Christ-centered prayer ministry consisting of people from many churches and backgrounds who believe the sacrifice of Jesus provides not only for our salvation but also for our healing. At last count our volunteers represented eight Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska churches.

We believe that God has not changed. Hebrews 13:8 declares that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (NIV)

Healing Rooms provide a safe place where people requesting prayer can encounter the healing power of God and His Love through Jesus Christ. Just as a person needs to hear the salvation message; they need to hear words of healing, encouragement, and hope declared and prayed for them.

We believe God uses ordinary people, united in belief and in love, to fulfill His plans on earth and that healings and miracles are two of the ways God demonstrates His love and mercy towards us. Healing Rooms are staffed by volunteer teams of Christ-followers who are trained in the ministry of healing prayer, knowing that through Jesus, faith filled prayers bring healing to the body, soul and spirit.

Some are healed instantly by a miraculous touch of God. Others receive healing progressively over a period of days, weeks, or months. Whether one day or many months, Healing Rooms ministry teams are committed to pray as long as it takes.
